At Leading Ladies 4 Life, we believe every young girl has the power to bloom into a confident, compassionate, and resilient woman. Since 1997, we’ve walked alongside girls and their families in Greater Cleveland, nurturing leadership, self-esteem, and a sense of purpose.
Through mentorship, small groups, and community-driven programs, we help girls navigate life’s challenges with grace and strength. Together, we’re creating a village where girls—and the women who love them—thrive.
Beautiful Flowers Forever
For girls ages 7–12
“Planting confidence, growing kindness, blooming into our best selves”
Beautiful Flowers is a monthly empowerment program designed to help young girls build strong roots in self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-love — all in a fun, creative, and caring space.
Through age-appropriate activities and workshops, girls will:
- Use journaling and affirmations to boost positive self-talk
- Express themselves with poetry, dance, and art
- Share special moments at our Mother-Daughter Tea and Talent Show
- Learn about kindness, leadership, and how to shine in their community
This is where confidence starts to grow and girls begin to blossom into bold, bright preteens — together.
Teen Network Empowerment Group
For girls ages 13–19 in the Greater Cleveland area
“Self-respect and sisters striving to keep our self-esteem high”
Looking for a place where you can be yourself, meet other inspiring girls, and grow into the confident, unstoppable version of you?
Teen Network is a bi-weekly empowerment group just for teen girls like you. It’s a positive, safe space to connect, grow, and glow — together.
You’ll Get:
- Journal your thoughts and goals
- Practice interview and job-readiness skills
- Explore career paths that match your passion
- Learn real-world etiquette and confidence boosters
- Take care of your mind and body with yoga, self-defense, and wellness activities

School Based – Small Groups
For girls ages 13–19 in the Greater Cleveland area. For middle and high school girls
“Right at school. Right where it counts.“
Our school-based empowerment groups bring positive, encouraging spaces straight to where girls already are — in their own schools.
Meeting twice a month during the school year, these small groups offer a chance to talk, grow, and lead in a safe, supportive setting.
What to Expect:
- Real talk about self-esteem, friendships, and healthy relationships
- Eye-opening discussions on culture, civility, and service
- Goal setting that helps girls focus on their future
- Special guests and mentors sharing real-world wisdom
Each session is a chance to check in, speak up, and connect — because becoming your best self starts from the inside out.
