Through self-esteem, civility and community outreach activities, members of Leading Ladies, Inc. are a part of a powerful network of girls and women with a shared commitment to the personal and cultural advancement of females.
Who we serve
Leading Ladies 4 Life serves girls and young women ages 7 to 18 from Cleveland and surrounding communities, with a special focus on those navigating the challenges of poverty and limited support systems. Our programs uplift girls at every stage—from Beautiful Flowers Forever for elementary students to teen leadership and mentoring opportunities. By engaging parents, caregivers, and community mentors, we build a strong village that helps every young lady grow into a confident, resilient, and empowered woman.

Programs & Experiences
7-12 Beautiful Flowers
Beautiful Flowers Forever, or BFF for short, helps young girls build strong roots in self-esteem and self-awareness. Through age-appropriate workshops and activities, girls learn the importance of self-care, self-love, and goal setting.
13-19 Teen Network
A bi-weekly empowerment group where teen girls build self-respect, strengthen self-esteem, and form lasting connections. Teen Network offers a positive, safe space to explore who you are, set goals, and grow into the confident, unstoppable young woman you’re meant to be.
In-School Programs
Our school-based programs meet girls where they are—in their own schools. In small group settings, young ladies engage in discussions and activities designed to develop the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Events & Community Service
Through events and community service projects, Leading Ladies for Life brings together girls ages 7–19, their families, and the broader community to grow, serve, and lead. From character-building Kwanzaa celebrations and vision board workshops to volunteering with the Kids’ Book Bank and Food Strong, every experience deepens connections and nurtures lifelong leadership.
